The Any to Any Portal is the evolution of the EDI4U portal

The platform provides advanced tools allowing agents and clients to enter orders in a controlled manner, both for those received from clients and for those placed on their behalf.

Order Entry and Management by Agents and Clients

Thanks to Any to Any, agents and clients can upload orders through a simple and controlled interface. Orders can be submitted either as PDF documents, which are then converted into electronic format, or as already structured data.

Company Control and Modification of Orders

Once orders are received, the company has the ability to verify them and, if necessary, modify them before sending the order confirmation to the client. This ensures full control over each transaction and reduces errors.

Delivery Note Management and Corrections

In case of discrepancies between the actual quantities received and those indicated on the delivery note, the system allows the client to make corrections. Differences are automatically reported to the supplier, improving communication and transparency.

Supplier Delivery Note Integration

Suppliers can upload delivery notes in various formats, such as CSV, Excel, or PDF, which are then converted into electronic orders. Before sending, additional information such as comments or details on batches and expiration dates can be added, based on the client’s requests, ensuring flexible management.

Additionally, the Any to Any portal allows for:

Integrated View for Suppliers and Clients

The system offers a centralized view for users, enabling them to manage their roles as both clients and suppliers simultaneously. This facilitates the monitoring of all documents sent and received from a single platform.

Document Management and Communication Channels

All received and sent documents can be transmitted through various channels, such as email, traditional EDI, SFTP, or FTP. The system automatically converts the documents into the format preferred by the receiving company, streamlining the communication flow.
