T-Link allows the creation of documents following partner specifications, adhering to application/administrative rules without impacting operational management. It does not require changes to the existing management software.
The solution supports the generation of all EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, Tradacom, ODETTE, VDA, UBL…) as well as XML or Peppol formats for electronic invoicing, regulatory compliance for document preservation, and transmission through various channels such as certified email (PEC), postal mail, email, VAN EDI, and SFTP. It focuses on multichannel capability and easy installation, adapting to the preferred format of the trading partner and providing a unified interface for the business system.
With a complete and flexible web platform, it offers preconfigured solutions for rapid time-to-market. The cloud service ensures speed and efficiency in addressing partner requests with minimal investments, leveraging opportunities for digital transformation.
T-Link Features
- Acquisition and transmission of data in the interchange format (Idoc, XML, CSV, TXT, use of web services, reading border tables from the information system) and their eventual preservation to facilitate integration with the management system.
- Starting from the data received in the interchange format, it creates various standard EDI formats based on the typical needs of each partner, including the XML standard for electronic invoicing to the Public Administration.
- Sends/receives in electronic format via VAN, FTP, SFTP, AS2, OFTP, OFTP2, by email or certified email (PEC), or through automated postalization systems (e.g., Postel).
- Provides a dashboard to monitor files, view any error notifications, and possibly reprocess or retransmit files.
- Visualization/printing of managed documents.
- Transfer of documents to alternative archiving via the generation of PDF formats and metadata files required for the managed documents.
